The Grounded Girl Interview Series Welcomes Natalie Hatjes Founder of The Lotus Cove Wellness Center.

We are so excited to kick off our Grounded Girl Series for Groundedco. We are looking forward to sharing with you these amazing women in our community that are empowering and inspiring others.

I introduce to you Natalie Hatjes founder of The Lotus Cover Wellness Center, a boutique wellness center that offers a collaborative and holistic approach to women’s health, with a specialization in sexual wellness.

MEET NATALIE!

Groundedco: Tell us a little bit about yourself and your business?

Natalie: My name is Natalie Hatjes. I am an International Hypnotherapist that focuses on women’s health, specifically women’s health. I founded Lotus Cove Wellness in November of 2020 during the pandemic because it was very apparent that health needs to be a priority and self-care needs to be a priority. We provide an integrative approach to health and wellness in a safe and relaxing space.

Groundedco: How do you keep balanced in the everyday life with all the hustle and bustle?

Natalie:  I make sure that I am taken care of. I ask myself each morning what will bring me joy and I make sure to honor it.  My daughter and I practice gratitude on the way to school so that we can start the day in a positive way.

Groundedco: Who has been your greatest inspiration and why?

Natalie: If you would have asked me this 7 years ago, it would have been myself because I am here thanks to my journey to self-love. Current day, it is my daughter.  She is everything I wish I could have been, and it brings me so much joy to see her move through life with so much confidence and mindfulness.

Groundedco: What is your favorite way to stay active?

Natalie: I love to life weights, kick the soccer ball around, and shoot hoops.

Groundedco: How did you start The Lotus Cove Wellness Center? What is next?

Natalie: I am a fly by the seat of my pants kind of gal.  I decided I wanted to open a safe place for women, and I just went for it. I hope to open other locations and spread healing throughout the country.

Groundedco: What is one or some of the biggest challenges you have had and how have you overcome them?

Natalie: The pandemic hasn’t made it easy, but we have made it work! I knew this would be challenging but we continue to help more and more women heal each and every day.

Groundedco: If you could pick any place in the world to be and ground, where would it be?

Natalie: I haven’t been there yet, but I would love to go to Bali!

Groundedco: As an expert In Sexual Wellness what advice can you give women to be more open and comfortably talk about their sexuality Without feeling judged or shame?

Natalie: Find one person that you trust and normalize the conversation. You release shame and guilt the more you normalize talking about who you are, your desires, your body, etc. Affirmations are also very powerful!
